Dammit, I can hardly wait! For the last couple of days I read a lot of the new features and improvements KDE 4.2 brings with it and wow - I'm very impressed! See at yourself:

KDE4 and NVIDIA come closer, year ;-)
I'm a fanatic KDE4 user. Unfortunatelly, like many others I'm suffering from the bad performance of the native NVIDIA driver, e.g. choppy resizing of plasmoids, slow reaction/scrolling of folder view, etc.
Fortunatelly, with the new NVIDIA Driver (180.08 BETA) many things became better. For example the folder view and other plasmoids on the desktop now work great (faster reaction and smoother risizing of the plasmoids). Even Amarok2 seems to be easier to handle.! Year, now it's realy fun to work with KDE 4.1.3...
I hope that the remaining problems regarding the 3D effects (minimizing windows, etc.) will be avoided soon...
Oh, I nearly forgot mentioning what video card I use. Well, it's a Quadro NVS 140M in a Thinkpad T61 (on Kubuntu 8.10). See you!

Hello World!
...this is the first blog entry I ever wrote!
My english isn't really good neither my spanish is quite excellent! Nethertheless, I try to write down my stupid words in english "o en español" because of two reasons. The first reason is simple: english and spanish are the languages most spoken in the world (I'm living in). So it doesn't make sense to write in german even though it's my native language. The second reason is more a kind of egoism: I don't want to forget my knowledge of spanish or rather I try to improve my enlish... year, that's it! (I think!?)
